Once it detects abnormal water flow caused by pipe bust or due to a plumbing problem when a faucet left opened or your toilet is leaking and before you are exposed to substantial financial risk the Triple+ CLM™ All-In-One automatically gets into action. Triple+ CLM™ All-In-One is the most cost-effective solution in the market. Since it is battery operated and can be installed in minutes, installation costs and complexity are also minimal. It does not need any external power supply and is fully self-contained.

The Triple+ CLM™ All-In-One is part of the Triple+ CLM™ Line of products. When interested, an upgrade to a Cloud-based automatic shutoff with Smart Control via App is immediate. During such an upgrade, you can place the Water Flood Detector in sensitive locations where high chances of water floods may occur. When the Water Flood detectors detect a leak, it will communicate with the Triple+ cloud via the provided HUB to shut off the main water pipe. Thanks to the app, you will be notified of any event occurring on location regardless of where you are. In addition, you will receive push notifications in case of low battery level, the improper functionality of any of the devices or in case of abnormal water usage (available when Triple+ CLM™ Water Flow Sensor is installed).

The wireless, battery operated water Actuator is mounted on a ISO5211 NSF372-certified ball valve installed on the main water line. It automatically shuts off  the water supply whenever a leak is detected. Shutoff can also be manually generated by the user.
